1. How Does the Delivery Process Work?

Once your order is processed, our team thoroughly inspects the products to ensure they are in perfect condition.
After passing the final quality check, the products are carefully packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
Our delivery partners will make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible. If they are unable to reach your address or if the delivery time is inconvenient, they will contact you to resolve the issue and arrange a suitable delivery time.

2. How Are Items Packaged?

We are committed to sustainability in our packaging while ensuring the safety of your orders. Here’s what you can expect:

Our packaging uses cardboard outer boxes, which are eco-friendly.
Whenever feasible, we use paper-fillers instead of bubble wrap. We are continuously improving our packaging to further reduce the use of plastic.
We are constantly innovating new, eco-friendly packaging solutions while maintaining the integrity of our product shipments.

3. Shipping Charges

We calculate shipping charges based on the weight of the package and the delivery location:

For Domestic Shipping (India):

For Andhra Pradesh & Telangana:
Minimum base charge: Rs 250/-
For other states in India:
Minimum base charge: Rs 320/-
After the base charge, an additional Rs 50/- per kg will be added, calculated according to the actual total weight of the product. The final shipping cost will vary based on the actual total package weight.
Delivery charges = base fare + cost of actual total weight of the product.

For International Shipping:

Shipping charges for international orders will vary depending on the destination country and the weight of the package.
Customers will be provided with an estimated shipping cost at checkout, which will be based on international courier rates.
Please note that custom duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer and will be charged separately by local authorities.

4. Where Does Arogyadiet Ship Products?

We currently ship both within India and to selected international locations. You can check the availability of shipping to your country during checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact our support team for further assistance.

5. How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order is placed online, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered Contact Details.
After we prepare and ship your order (usually within 24-48 hours of confirmation), you can track your package by clicking the ‘Track’ button in the ‘Home Page’ section of our website.

6. What Is the Estimated Delivery Time?

We aim to dispatch most orders within 7-10 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
While we maintain 95% of our products in inventory, certain items may need to be sourced directly from the brand to ensure freshness and quality. This may cause slight delays.
During Mega Sale events, dispatch times may be extended due to high order volumes. However, we strive to dispatch all orders within 7 days of the order date.
